Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to OvalBee’s website, platform, and related services.

Effective and last updated: July 17, 2026

1. Who we are

OvalBee is operated by Supervisely OÜ, a company incorporated under the laws of Estonia, with an address at Kesklinna linnaosa, Ahtri tn 12, Tallinn, Estonia (“OvalBee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using ovalbee.com, the OvalBee platform, or related products and services (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

3. Accounts and access

Some Services may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties.

4. Permitted use

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes.

You may not:

  • use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person’s rights;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or compromise security or access controls;
  • introduce malware or use automated methods that unreasonably burden the Services;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where the law expressly permits it;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties unless we have agreed otherwise; or
  • use the Services to build or train a competing product in violation of applicable law or an agreement with us.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of data, images, models, instructions, and other material you submit to the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services as agreed with you.

You are responsible for Customer Content and for having the rights and permissions needed to submit and process it. Additional terms, including a data processing agreement or order form, may apply to paid or enterprise Services. If those terms conflict with these terms, the more specific terms control for their subject matter.

6. Our technology and intellectual property

The Services, software, visual design, documentation, trademarks, and other OvalBee materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited use right above, these terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, but we will not identify you publicly as its source without permission.

7. Third-party services

The Services may connect to third-party products or contain third-party links. Those products are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

8. Fees and paid services

Prices, billing periods, usage limits, taxes, and renewal terms for paid Services will be described at checkout, in an order form, or in another written agreement. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes before they take effect for a renewal.

9. Availability and changes

We may update the Services over time and may modify or discontinue features. We aim to provide reasonable notice when a change materially reduces paid functionality, unless an urgent security, legal, or technical issue makes advance notice impracticable.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue a Service. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our total liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or €100 if you have not paid us.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Estonia will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, or our practices. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@ovalbee.com or Supervisely OÜ, Kesklinna linnaosa, Ahtri tn 12, Tallinn, Estonia.
